Hello, I'm Torin Zhang 张拓
Building things.
Learning out loud.
I'm a China-based software builder with nearly 20 years across CRM, contact centers, and outsourcing. This is where I write about the work, the people, and the process of going global.

What I'm working on
I build software for real operations: customer relationships, communications, and the systems behind them. At Torin Craft, I bring that experience into a small studio focused on useful tools.
